Bag store Returns & Refunds Policy
Bag store guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the unused product within 7 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund.
If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced.
Colors displayed on our website may vary from the actual fabric color due to screen resolution or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products. We are available 24 hours a day with Chat support or you can email us at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding a product prior to purchase.
Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item, in its original packaging, and exactly as they were when they were shipped to be eligible for a return. If you have used or damaged the goods they will not be accepted.
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and shipped back to Bag store at the customer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund payment. Returns on Buy one Get one Free promotion will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the amount of refund or credit.
All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for a refund.
Once the item is received it will be thoroughly inspected and if it is deemed to be in new condition a refund will be authorized.
Refunds on Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address on the order form and the package gets returned, the original shipping costs and returning shipping costs will be deducted from your return payment.
Defective Product or Incorrect Product Received
We are terribly sorry if your order arrived damaged or defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault ( within 3 days of receiving your package) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.
If you fail to contact us within 7 days from the original shipped date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
