Our Policies

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. Any item that is returned after 7 days from the delivery date. Refunds (if applicable) At receipt of the returned product, we do check it properly and let the customers know about the approval or rejection of return claim by email, message or whatsapp. Honored Claim: If your returned claim is honored, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account transfer, easypaisa/mobicash or other method of payment if any, within 24-48 hours time Delay in refunds (if any)

If your claim is honored and you didn’t get notified of the refunds, then do the following steps before approaching to us:

1. Check your bank account statement.

2. Contact helpline of your credit card provider / bank.

3. Check your phone messages regarding any message / intimation from easypaisa/mobicash regarding receipt of funds. If you have done the said steps and still you have not received the refund, please let us know at bagstore.pk@gmail.com Refund Criteria for Sale Items: Customers can claim only regular priced items only. Unfortunately we do not honor sale priced items return claims.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shipper address which is duly mentioned on each parcel you received. You will pay the shipping costs of returning/sending us your purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: In case of return claim, we will less our courier charges and refund you remaining amount via bank transfer, easy paisa or mobicash.
